"We have used Ed Burke as our state farm agent since we moved to Florida 4 years ago. We have always had the best experience any time that we’ve had to reach out to them. Just a couple weeks ago I reached out to them because I was traveling with my son, and I planned on using Turo for our car rental. I had experienced rental car companies before and knew what our coverage was with State Farm, but I was unsure what that coverage was for Turo, which is not quite like a rental car company so I knew that it would be a little. When I called, they went straight to work figuring out exactly what my coverage was and was able to let me know! I was so appreciative of their ability to get me all the right information and in a timely manner so that I knew exactly what I was going Into. Thank you Ed and the rest of your team for providing such excellent customer service you guys are the best!"

"Staff is unresponsive to texts, questions and ill equipped for any insurance modifications . It’s disheartening to think they will not return to simple requests. Literally their insurance binder process through refinancing my vehicle took multiple attempts with repeated bank provided info. Additionally, asking for cancellation premium information was ignored. If you can please STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. Their staff is unhelpful to the extreme. This is not my first issue with this office but 100% it will be my last."

I spent 30 mins on a call to go over all our needs for home and auto insurance for our brand new construction home and two newer vehicles. He took time to review my current policy with a different vendor and shared what State Farm could offer. He is extremely knowledgeable and shared additional alternatives to ensure we were completely protected. It was a huge cost savings bundling. He is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about his career with State Farm and loves insurance as it is always changing and he continues to stay vigilant in his education in today's market. Ed is a family man and treats you as if you were family and deeply cares for the safety of yours. Two days before I was to give birth to our 3rd child our Honda Pilot was struck my lightning on the HWY. I called him immediately in late evening hours and he got on the phone to get the claim started. I got the vehicle to the dealership and he helped me get into a safe rental with no time to spare because we were heading to hospital the next morning. We had no idea at the time the journey we would take to get our family vehicle fixed. The entire electrical system was blown air bags, power stirring, anti-lock brakes, windows, alternator, all of it gone, everything needed replaced which was very costly but thankfully fully covered. There was a lot of back and forth with the claim and dealership but he stayed on top of every move and kept me informed. It was as if I was literally his VIP client. The entire process took 9 months to get the vehicle fixed due to backorders and supply chain issues. Ed and his team were extremely informative, professional, and made the process as painless as possible. Once the car was ready I picked it up paid my small co-pay and he took care of the rest! Ed truly cares about making sure you are fully covered, protected, and your family is safe so you can have peace of mind. He cares and does so much to support our community.
